Anyone can make you tired.  But, not just anyone can help you get optimum results.  The key is knowing that every client’s 24 hours looks different and therefore training needs to be different for everyone.  My solution for you involves learning about your medical history, hobbies, exercise experience, and occupation.  Finding out about your lifestyle whether you have kids, aging parents, or pets. This info provides me the insights I need to create the most effective and safe exercise strategies for you to use.

For instance, four different people tell me they want to lose 10 pounds. Each has a unique daily routine.  I create each workout based on their specific lifestyle finding a balance that will limit injuries, get results, be enjoyed, and will build confidence.  The timetable, 2 months, 4 months or 6 months, for reaching goals may be very different for each.

Knee, hip, and shoulder limitations are common reasons people look to make a change.  These clients are all looking to feel stronger, healthier, and not get injured again.  Traditional trainers would have these clients all doing the same workouts.  The results would be short term and not address the chance of recurring injury.  As an exercise physiologist I was trained to see each of these people as needing very different workouts to maximize gains and support long term quality of life.

Choosing Jeremy means you will be trained by someone who holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology (2016), is a National Certified Personal Trainer (2013), National Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (2015), has experienced being a College Strength and Conditioning Coach (2016-2018), and specializes in exercise rehabilitation (2020).  Jeremy teaches at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock as an Exercise Science Instructor (2016).

Jeremy’s sessions are designed with the client’s interests in mind.  Creating enjoyable and engaging plans is a priority.  Personal training workouts are scheduled one, two, or three times a week for 30 to 60 minutes.  Clients purchase a monthly supply of private training sessions and also receive weekly exercise programs customizes specifically to their goals, physical needs, and available fitness equipment.  The FAQs tell more about what you need to know as a client.
