Jeremy’s experience has taught him that his style is not what matters, rather to meet his client where they are at is the best practice. Jeremy varies his style to make sure his approach matches what helps his client thrive. This might mean Jeremy takes a tough, directive approach or it could mean Jeremy takes an encouraging mentor or guide type approach to motivation. Bottom line is, what helps the client is what Jeremy focuses on.
