Private Personal Training

Most people think of workouts as needing to involve machines. Jeremy’s strategies are designed without the use of cardio and resistance machines. Those tools are not discouraged but private personal training sessions with Jeremy focus on globally strengthening the body utilizing:

  • Barbells
  • Free-weights
  • Bands
  • Primary daily movements

Jeremy incorporates a variety of functional exercises, workout routines, and resistance training into each private training session. People of all ages, athletic ability, and fitness levels are welcome! Jeremy develops customized 30- to 60-minute workouts for in-person fitness training one to three times a week. Backed by a lifetime of sports performance experience and coupled with Jeremy’s in-depth education and training, his workouts answer the question, “how do I build success”.

Rehabilitation Strategies

Jeremy helps the injured find relief from pain and discomfort while achieving their fitness goals. Many clients recovering from a knee replacement, shoulder injury, or illness wonder how they can workout if they’re experiencing pain in daily life. Some clients maxed out their physical therapy benefits, but still want to improve mobility, gain strength, and live pain-free. As a certified personal trainer specializing in exercise rehabilitation since 2020, Jeremy creates workouts that are safe and effective for injury rehab, accounting for limitations and pain. He collaborates with other personal trainers, physical therapists, sport coaches, chiropractors, and orthopedic doctors to develop a practical and proven exercise program, customized to each client. With available workouts geared to people in their 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s, Jeremy helps clients feel more confident in their daily living movements, like standing, sitting, climbing stairs, and preventing falls.
