One of the unique things Jeremy does with every client after initial assessments is, he and his client figure out the “puzzle pieces.” Puzzle pieces are all the variables in your life that impact your fitness/nutrition. A client sharing their puzzle pieces including likes and dislikes when it comes to exercising, drives consistency for the client during their journey. Jeremy’s job is take the information and create a results driven plan to get to realistic short-term and long term goals.

Assessments and Reassessments

At Jeremy Paprocki Personal Training and Rehabilitation, located in Midtown of Little Rock, an initial assessment evaluates joint mobility, muscle strength, and fitness capabilities. Jeremy has found that regular reassessments are very important to keep on track. They are encouraged but not required. The additional information gathered during a reassessment lets Jeremy know what adjustments he can suggest. Whether the clients’ goals are general fitness, to feel better, to move easier or performance based, Jeremy has witnessed that reassessments empower clients and boost motivation.
